Joseph's is very nice and nearby so we have probably eaten here at least 10 times over the years. To be honest, the food has always been underwhelming. The filet is never cooked as ordered, mostly erring on the side of being over cooked. I now just ask for 'a little pink in the middle' to be safe. Tonight's filet was so bloody my plate was a sea of red. I took 2 bites and headed for the mashed potatoes. I did ask that they take it off the check and they complied. The Salmon dish was way too salty and a bit dry. The menu hasn't been updated in at least 5 years and is pretty lackluster, the dining room is usually pretty empty. All in all, the main problem to us, looks to be the chef. I can only say that the filet at Carrabbas has been perfectly cooked every time we eat there and because of that, we eat there often. We really had hoped they would survive their financial issues but based on our experience, the restaurant needs to update the menu and get a new chef. We've decided to take Joseph's out of our rotation.
I wouldn't recommend Joseph's restaurant. The food is OK but over priced, they only had two red wines to choose from and they were not Renault wine . We were a party of 8 we had dinner and dessert and 5 bottles of wine the bill was $840 . I feel that is a bit pricey for OK food
have eaten here several times. the chicken part is to die for. had brunch on a sunday, and everything was great. staff is always friendly too. strongly recommend coming here for dinner
First visit years ago wasn't great, but our recent visit was really good. Rounded off a "meh" wine tasting with some really good food and service at Joseph's.
