Worst experience ever!! I've camped by whole childhood and I've never seen something so awful in my life. My husband, son, and I rented the "deluxe trailer" it hadn't been cleaned probably ever, it was falling apart, ceiling tiles broken with wires exposed, looked like the end table had been burned and covered up with a nasty doily and the lampshade had dirt or smoke caked on it. The bathroom was so gross and the faucet you could barely get on and off it felt like it was going to break. The icing on the cake was no hot water. Needless to say we packed up and went to a hotel. I cannot believe they would even think to charge $130 a night. This was for my sons birthday and to drive over 3 hours for such a let down really was upsetting. Word to the wise never trust pictures !

Had a great experience at Turtle Run campground. Organized, polite, and welcoming staff. Hassle free check in/out process. We rented a so-called primitive trailer ($90/night) and it was up to our satisfaction - ample space and room for two people. Amenities include - full bed, gas stove, sink, fridge, kitchen utensils, cable tv set, radio; outside - picnic table, fire ring, grill. Community bathhouse (very clean), on-site laundry. They have on-site deli, events every day. If you are looking for a place to unplug (you are really in the woods) and get back to nature, search no more!

Had a great time for the weekend Friendly people who like to have a good time. Will return next season, maybe when the pool is open.

Great little campground within 25mins of Atlantic city, nj. There is something for everyone there ranging from mini golf, basketball, horse shoes, arcade games, convenience store, trails for hiking or biking, and much more. There is even rivers and streams for canoeing and fishing. Turtle run is between two state parks. The bathroom facilities are in good and clean condition. The cabins (or campers) that are for rent need some renovations. The office serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Heat for the family or weekend getaway.

I like the staff, all very nice. The price per night is reasonable. I do not like the sites that are down by the river. Sites 66, 68, 70, and 72. It was one big mosquito pit. We were on 72. I really wish that they could do something about that. We camped up by the store a few times and it was good. Also the sites I mentioned are way to close together. Other than that it is a very nice Campground.
